Written instructions on making the bear ears
Make a magic loop and half double crochet 15. Close up your loop and sl st at beginning hdc to join.
Rounds two and three:
HDC in the next 4 1/2 stitches, what I mean by half is, when you have the 3 loops on your hook for the fifth HDC, I want you to change to the color you picked for the middle of the ear, pull the new colors through the loop and HDC 4 1/2 again, switching back to your main color for the last 5 HDC's sl st to join at beginning st.
Rounds four and five:
HDC into the first 5 1/2 sts, then switch to middle ear color, HDC 4 1/2, switch back to main color and HDC last 4 sts. After the 5th row ch 1 and leave a long tail with main color, and a small tail with middle ear color.
Work in middle ear color as I shown in video.
