You will need a size 5mm hook or your US size H hook and a bit of dark brown, light brown, red, black and white 10 ply / 4 or Medium worsted weight yarn.
Ch = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
DC = Double Crochet
HDC = Half Double Crochet
TC = Triple Crochet
sts = Stitchs
sl st = Slip Stitch
*()* Repeat what is in brackets

Ch 3 and sl st into beginning ch to form a ring.
Ch 2 [counts as first dc] and dc 11 into ring, sl st into beginning ch 2. (12 sts)
Ch 2 then dc 1 into first st [ch 2 counts as a dc] *(Dc 2 into all sts around.)* (24 sts)
Ch 2 and dc 1 into first st, *(dc 1 into next st dc 2 into next st)* (36 sts)
That was the last increasing round, Now we start making the ears
Sc in first st, HDC in next st, DC into next st, 7 TC into next st, DC into next st, HDC into next st, then sc for the next 6 sts. Then HDC in the next st, DC into next st, 7 TC into next st, DC into next st, DC into next st, *(sc in the next 3 sts, then sc 2 into next st) continue the sc pattern until you get to the last 2 sts, skip one st and sl st into last st. ch 1 and fasten off yarn.
To make the eyes and nose you will need to change hook size to size 3.50mm or size US E hook
White part of the eye you ch 4 and sl st into first ch to form a ring, sc 6 into ring.
Sc 2 in all sts (12) fasten yarn off leaving a tail for sewing [Make two]
For the black pupils you get your black yarn and chain 4 and sl st into beginning ch. Ch 1 and fasten off yarn leaving a tail. [Make two]
With the same size hook you chain 4 and sl st into beginning chain to form a ring and sc 3 into ring (making a flat part on top) flat part is top of nose.
