For this project you will need a 5mm hook (US H) you will also need a tapestry needle and a bit of black, green and red 10 ply / 4 or Medium worsted weight yarn.
Ch = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
DC = Double Crochet
HDC = Half Double Crochet
sts = Stitchs
sl st = Slip Stitch
*()* Repeat what is in brackets

ch 3 and sl st to form a ring or use ch 2 method
Ch 2 (counts as first DC) and dc 11 into ring (12 sts)
Ch 2 (counts as first DC) dc into the same st, *(dc 2 into next st)* (24 sts)
Ch 2 (counts as first DC) and dc into same st, dc 1 into next st ,
*(dc 2 in next st, dc 1 into next st)* (36 sts)
sc 1, hdc 1, hdc 1, DC 3 into same st, sc in next 8 sts, 2 dc's in next 6 sts, sc in next 2 sts,
2 dc's in next 6 sts, sc in next 9 sts, sl st into next st, sc 1 in next 2 sts, sl st into next st and fasten off yarn.
To make the Leaves
Ch 7, sc in next 2 sts, HDC in next 2 sts, DC in next two sts, and without fastening off your yarn continue by chaining 7 and repeating last leaf, then repeat one more time for last leaf.
To make the seeds, just get a bit of black yarn and tie 3 knots in one end and thread the other into your sewing needle. And starting at the bottom and from the back, start to sew the black on the top leaving a little bit of space in between like shown in the picture below
Make the seeds as big or as long as you like.
