For this project you’ll need:
HOOK: Size yarn recommends
YARN: Any size
ABBREVIATIONS
ch = Chain
sl st = Slip Stitch
st = Stitch
sk = Skip
sc = Single Crochet
dc = Double Crochet
* = Repeat what is in between the stars for the rest of the row

This stitch is done in multiples of 2 + 1
Once you chained your multiples to you desired width continue to row 1.
Row 1
Dc in 7th ch then ch 1 *dc ch 1 * repeat for row. ch 1 & turn
Row 2
sc in 1st dc. *sc in ch 1 space, ch 3, sc in DC* this will create the picots. To finish row, crochet a sc, ch 3, sc all in the ch 4 space. ch 4 & turn.
Row 3
skip 2 sc’s & DC in next DC from previous row (this is the stitch were you single crocheted into the DC last row), *ch 1, skip the next sc and DC in next DC from previous row*
making sure you push and fold your picot’s over as you crochet. repeat for row. Dc in your last stitch. ch 1 and turn.
REPEAT ROWS 2 & 3
