This will teach you how to work this stitch in Rows
To Start
multiples of this stitch is 4 + 1 so chain the amount you like
Row 1
sc in 2nd ch from hook and in remaining 19 sts, ch 2 and turn
Row 2
dc into first stitch, work your cluster as follows, YO and insert your hook into next stitch, pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops, (2 loops on the hook) insert your hook back into the same stitch and pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops, (3 loops on the hook)
Now repeat this into the next stitch:
YO and insert your hook into next stitch, pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops, (4 loops on the hook) insert your hook back into the same stitch and pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops, (5 loops on the hook) YO and pull through all 5 loops. Ch 1
Repeat this for the whole row, not skipping any stitches, just go right into the next stitch and start your next cluster. As you can see each complete cluster is done using 2 stitches. When you get to the last stitch of the row, DC. Always make sure when doing the last DC of the row, that your putting the DC into the stitch and not into the ch 2. Then ch 2 and turn.
STARTING THE NEXT ROW
Row 3
DC into beginning stitch, this row and from now on, we will be working in the stitch on top of the cluster and the bigger stitch beside it, as shown below.
or another option is to work a single crochet in those stitches for another look.
