Ch 4 and sl st into beg st to form a ring.
Round 1
ch 2 ( counts as first DC) DC 15 into ring, sl st in top of beg ch 2 (16 sts)
Round 2
ch 2, DC into same ch stitch. * Dc 2 into all sts around * sl st in top of beg ch 2 (32 sts)
Round 3

If you ended up with 2 or 3 stitches at the end of this row it doesn’t matter, you still want to do a V stitch in the last st of your round. Then sl st in the top of the beginning FPDC to end your round.\
Round 4
ch 2 and FPDC onto the first FPDC of the round * skip over to your V st and crochet dc 3, ch 1, dc 3
Make note you dc 3 instead of 2 for this round. FPDC onto the next FPDC * repeat for row. Sl st in the beg FPDC to end your round.

Round 5
ch 2 and FPDC onto the post of the CH 2 from previous round. * DC 1 in the next 3 dc’s, ch 1 and skip the ch 1 space and DC 1 in the next 3 sts. FPDC onto the next FPDC, then we’ll do our corner, DC 1 in the next 3 dc’s, then working in the ch 1 space work a DC 3, ch 1, DC 3 all in the same space.
