For this project you’ll need:


 

ABBREVIATIONS

ch = Chain

sl st = Slip Stitch

beg = beginning

SC = Single Crochet

DC =Double Crochet

Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row.

Multiples of the stitch

This stitch is done in multiples of 3

 

To Start

Ch in multiples of 3 until you reach desired width.

 

Row 1

skip 2 chs, *sc, ch 1, dc into the next ch. Skip 2 sts* repeat for row.

Row 2

ch 1, Working in the first space which was made when you did your sc, ch 1, dc from last row. The ch 1 left a bit of a space now to work in.

sc, ch 1, dc into the ch 1 space between your sc and dc.

Work a sc, ch 1, dc into all your ch 1 spaces down the whole row.

When you reach the end of your row, find the last. It will be a chain so it could be hard to see.

Put a sc into this stitch to end your row. If you find it hard to find this stitch, start over and add a marker to the ch after you’ve made your first stitch.

 

Repeat row 2 until your project reaches your desired size.
