For this project you will need:
- HOOK: Any size but I used 5 mm hook or size H hook for the US
- YARN: Any size but I used worsted weight yarn, 4 ply US, 10 ply AU

Multiples of the stitch
This stitch is done in multiples of 10 + 2
Row 1
SC in the 3rd ch from the hook. * Ch 3, sk 3, V stitch (DC, ch 2, DC), Ch 3, sk 3, Sc in the next 3 sts. * Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row. When you reach your last 5 chs of your row, you will sk 3 and Sc in the last two sts. Ch 6 and turn.
Row 2 (first row of repeat)
* DC 5 in the V stitch. Ch 4 and SC into the middle of the 3 SC’s. Ch 4 * Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row. To end your row, after your last set of 5 DC’s, CH 4 and SC in the top of the ending ch 2. Ch 7 and turn
Row 3
* SC in each of your 5 DC’s. Ch 7 skip over to the next set of 5 DC’s * Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row. To end this row, after your last 5 sc’s, Ch 3 and Quad in the second chain up of your ending Ch. Ch 3 and turn.
Row 4
DC in the same st as your Quad. * Ch 3, Sk next SC and SC in the next 3 sts/ Sk the last SC and CH 3, Skip 3 chs and V stitch into the middle / 4th Chain. * Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row.
To end this row after your last 3 SC’s, Ch 3 , sk 3 chains and DC 2 in next Ch. Ch 3 and turn.
Row 5
DC 2 in the same st as the turning ch. * Ch 4 and skip over to our 3 sc’s. SC in the center one only. Ch 4 and DC 5 into the V Stitch. *
Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row.
To end this row, after your last “SC in the center one only, Ch 4”
DC 3 into the top of the ending ch 3. Ch 2 and turn.
Row 6
The ch 2 counts as the first st. SC in the next 2 sts. * Ch 7, skip over to the 5 DC’s and SC into all 5 DC’s. *
To end this row after your last ch 7, SC into the last 3 sts. Ch 2 and turn.
Row 7 (Last row of Repeat)
The ch 2 counts as the first st. SC in the next SC only. Ch 3 and *Skip 3 chs and V stitch into the middle / 4th Chain. Ch 3 and Sk the 1st SC and SC into the next 3, Skip last SC. * Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row.
To end this row after your V stitch and Ch 3, Sk the 1st SC and SC into the next SC and SC in the top of the ending Ch 2.
