For this project you will need:
- HOOK: Any size but I used 5 mm hook or size H hook for the US
- YARN: Any size but I used worsted weight yarn, 4 ply US, 10 ply AU

ch = Chain
DC = Double Crochet
FPDC = Front Post Double Crochet
FPDC dec = Front post Double Crochet decrease
sk a st = Skip a stitch
* = Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row
Multiples of the stitch
This stitch is done in multiples of 7 + 3
Row 1
DC twice in the 4th Ch from the hook. * DC Decrease using the next 5 sts. Ch 1, sk 1 st and DC 5 into the next st. *Repeat what’s in between * for rest of row. To end: The last 2 sts. Sk 1 and DC 3 in the last st. Ch 3 and turn
Row 2
The ch 3 counts as the beginning st. FPDC dec using the next 2 DC’s. * DC 5 in the Ch 1 st (top of our cluster from last round)
FPDC dec using the next 5 DC’s. * To end: FPDC dec using the next 2 DC’s. Then DC on the ending Ch 3. Then Ch 3 and turn
Row 3
The ch 3 counts as the beginning st. DC 2 more in the first stitch.
FPDC dec using the next 5 DC’s. DC 5 in the Ch 1 st (top of our cluster from last round) To end: Last 2 sts. DC 2 in the 1st st and then DC on the ending Ch 3. Then Ch 3 and turn
Repeat rows 2 and 3
